Attending the meeting and representing Jacksonville’s spiritual community was Rev. Andrew Sims, Sr., Pastor, St. Nicholas Bethel Baptist Church (3rd R). Representing Jax small business community was Michael T. Wells Sr., Coalition Of Presidents Of Community Associations (COPOCA) – Northwest Small Business Group.
