Riley, Operations Manager overseeing the production of Acuvue contact lenses and Manufacturing Engineering Technical Lead. Sherman has a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering degree from Florida State University. He is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Sherman will discuss the need for more STEM programs in our schools and community organizations.

Sherman D. Riley began his career in a supply chain trainee management position with PepsiCo. He was later promoted to a production manufacturing line owner where he led a team of 60 team members through world class operations metrics. In Sherman’s next role as a Continuous Improvement Manager, he led the Kissimmee Gatorade site which is owned by PepsiCo to the Founder’s award which is the #1 Gatorade performance site.
Sherman moved into the production manager role where he oversaw overall production territory for the entire state of Florida, South Georgia, and Bahamas.
Next, Sherman made a career move to Johnson and Johnson where he is currently an Operations Manager overseeing the production of Acuvue contact lenses.
As an Operations Manager, Sherman has implemented, lead, and driven results in high pace manufacturing environments in Fortune 500 companies. Sherman supported the development and launch of the Gatorade G Series – Gatorade Prime Pouch drink. Sherman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing manufacturing systems and processes.
